Terms & Conditions
General terms of services in the field of tourist industry
All relations of the Provider and the Client are governed by these general terms, unless otherwise agreed.
Definitions
Provider
The Provider of services shall be travel agency Prague Inspiration, s.r.o., with its office at Jindřišská 24, 110 00 Prague 1, company identification No.: 27191087, tax identification No.: CZ27191087. The company was incorporated in the Companies Register kept by the City Court in Prague under file No. C.116757 on 18 November 2004.
Client
The Client shall be an entity which has concluded the Contract on the Provision of Services with the Provider in one of the below mentioned ways.
Contract
Unless the parties agree otherwise, the Contract shall be deemed concluded the moment the Client books services and the Provider confirms the booking of the services by email, fax, mail or short text message.
Booking
The booking shall be considered to be notification including at least the following information provided to the Provider by the Client:
- name of the Client and its contacts
- specification of services which the Client requires
- clear expression of the Client's will that it is really willing to collect the specified services from the Provider
Terms of cancellation and change of the booking
Cancelling the booking by the Client
In case the Client cancels the booking (must cancell in the business week, Monday - Friday), the contractual penalty for cancelled services amounts to the following sum:
- 21 days and less before planned commencement of provision of services - 30 % from total amount
- 7 days and less before planned commencement of provision of services - 70 % from total amount
- 3 days and less before planned commencement of provision of services - 100 % from total amount
Change of the booking by the Client
Each substantial change in the booked services on the part of the Client, particularly the change of time of service or the change of scope, shall be considered to be cancellation of booked service and booking of a new service. Such cancellation is thus always subject to booking cancellation terms, unless agreed otherwise.
The Provider is entitled to determine what kind of change is substantial.
Non-collection of service
If the Client does not cancel the booking at the Provider and still does not collect the booked services at the agreed time, such situation shall be considered to be the cancellation of service at the moment of the planned commencement. In case the Client does not include mobile phone number of person who is going to collect the service in the booking or is not available on the phone at the time of commencement of the service, such situation shall be automatically considered as non-collecting of the service.
Impossibility to provide service
In case the service may not be provided due to force majeure the Provider shall be entitled not to provide the services. In such a case the Provider shall return the paid total amount of the sum to the Client.
The same applies in case that the Client had paid for the service before it was confirmed on the part of the Provider and the service was not provided to it.
The Provider shall be obliged to inform the Client on the necessity of not providing the service without undue delay.
Return of price for service
In case that claim for the return of price of service by the Provider shall arise to the Client, the Provider shall send the Client a credit note and shall return the money without delay upon receiving the confirmed credit note including the Client's account number to which the Client wishes to send the money.
Assignment of rights and duties
The Provider shall be entitled to assign rights and duties arising from the contractual relations to third parties.
Payment terms
Payment terms
All invoices issued by the Provider are due within 10 days from the moment of performance or rise of receivable, unless specified otherwise in the invoice.
By the conclusion of the Contract, both contracting parties agree with imposing a fine at the amount of 0.1% of the due amount for each day of delay, by which the designated account was credited with the payment later than stipulated.
International bank transfers
In case of international bank transfer of money, the price for services shall be considered to be settled only after the Provider's account is credited with the whole charged amount. The Client is thus obliged to set payment transaction conditions in such a way that the deduction of the sum shall not occur during the transfer.
The Provider shall inform the Client upon request of the price for payment calculated in the currency selected by the Client.
The Provider must conform to the same rules in case of payment to the Client.
Final provisions
Contractual relations of the Client and the Provider are governed by the Czech law.
In case of any discrepancies between the language versions the Czech version shall prevail.
These general terms are effective from 20 September 2007, replacing any previous general terms.

Prague Inspiration, s.r.o., a company with its registered office at Jindřišská 941/24, Nové Město, 110 00 Praha 1, Id. No.: 271 91 087, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague under File No. C 116757 (hereinafter "Prague Inspiration"), hereby informs you about the manner in which it processes your personal data in connection with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation; the GDPR).
- Who controls my personal data? If you are a customer of Prague Inspiration, a visitor to the website of Prague Inspiration, a person included in the mailing database of Prague Inspiration or you are otherwise dealing with Prague Inspiration (e.g. in connection with the provision of tourist guide services for Prague Inspiration), Prague Inspiration is in the position of the controller of your personal data.

- Who is the data protection officer at Prague Inspiration? Since we are not a public authority, we are not obliged to have a data protection officer and we currently have no person appointed as data protection officer.
- When can I, as a citizen, address Prague Inspiration in the matter of personal data protection? If you believe that we are processing your personal data at variance with the legal regulations, you may contact us with a complaint.

Why does Prague Inspiration process my personal data?
We process your personal data usually for the purpose of performing our contract (e.g. if you have purchased on-line a ticket to one of our tours).
From among your personal data, we also process the IP address of the device from which you placed your order.
Furthermore, we process data on the behaviour of your IP address on our website using the Google Analytics tool. We use anonymised data for the purposes of monitoring the visitor rates at our website. -
Do you transfer or share my personal data to/with other entities?
We share personal data on our customers, or rather usually only on the group leader, to the necessary extent with specific guides, road and water transport companies, and other suppliers for the purposes of performing our contract.
The personal data are also available to PREMIANT CITY TOUR s.r.o., which operates an on-line ordering portal and with which we have entered into the relevant agreements under the applicable provisions of the GDPR.
All data, including customers’ personal data, are stored on cloud servers in the EU. These services are supplied to us by external supplier INTERNET CZ, a.s., with whom we have concluded agreements according to the applicable provisions of the GDPR and who does not have physical access to these data.
Our IT service provider may also have access to your personal data. - Do you transfer my personal data to third countries? We do not transfer your personal data to third countries, i.e. countries outside the European Union.
- I believe that you are not processing my personal data correctly. In that case, you can contact us directly or you may file a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the Office for Personal Data Protection.

What are my rights towards you as the controller of my personal data?
You can request at any time that we:
- enable you to access your personal data;
- rectify your personal data which are not accurate;
- erase your personal data if the conditions set out in Article 17 GDPR have been met, or restrict their processing.
- What is the substance of the right of access to personal data? You can ask us to inform you whether we process your personal data. You can request access to the personal data being processed and information on processing of such data. You can ask us to provide a copy of the personal data being processed.
- Can I ask for access to someone else’s personal data? You cannot. This right applies only to you. If you wish to exercise another person’s right, you must have a power of attorney from that person.
- How shall I submit such a request? You can submit a request in any manner, i.e. also by e-mail. However, the authorised employee is obliged to determine your identity and, therefore, he/she may request that you identify yourself.
- What is the deadline for Prague Inspiration’s reply? We will inform you of the measures we have adopted usually within thirty days. However, in some complicated cases, we may extend this period.
- How much does the request cost? The request and reply are free of charge. Nevertheless, in justified cases, we may claim reimbursement of certain costs (e.g. the price of a portable disk on which we will provide to you a list of all personal data we process on you).
- I have granted consent to personal data processing to Prague Inspiration and want to revoke it. We usually do not request consent to processing of personal data from the customers as we process your data on other legal grounds, especially for the purposes of performing our contract. However, if you grant consent to processing of certain personal data, you may revoke your consent at any time. However, this in no way prejudices the lawfulness of processing of personal data based on consent granted prior to its revoking. This means that processing of personal data is lawful until the consent is revoked.
